Haryali Chicken Recipe

Haryali chicken with mint, black pepper and lemon for refreshing dinner.

1) marinate the chicken pieces with onion, ginger,garlic , green chilli, salt acc. to your taste and mint leaves for 1 hour.

2) Hot the oil in pan and put corse black pepper powder and then put the marinated chicken.

3) cook till it becomes light brown in shade.

4) add lemon juice then again cook it for 15 min.

5) Ready to serve with steam rice.

Recipe By Ashish Ahuja

Muglai Kadai Chicken made by Ashish Ahuja:-
Grind corriander seeds and whole red chillies into a coarse powder.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add bay leaves.
After about 30 seconds, add onions and saute till they turn light golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste.
Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add the above coarse powder.
Stir well.
Add tomatoes and cook till they are fully cooked.
Add chicken pieces, salt to taste and red chilli powder.
Mix well.
Cover the kadai.
Cook till the chicken becomes tender.
Sprinkle garam masala powder over the chicken.
Garnish with corriander leaves and onion rings.
Serve hot with rotis or parathas.

The product is much affordable and have good quality too. Both sweet and namkeen lassi is sold here near Dhaula kuan and domestic airport, It is in gopinath sadar bazar, Speciality of lassi is the malai toping and the tempting blend of curd with sugar. its not just a lassi it’s the real lassi one expect have .
500 ML will cost you just 50 Rs and 300 ml is for 25
Along with lassi you can also enjoy samosa or kachori with allu ki sabzi (full of pudina & hing)

Ashok Chaat Bhandar

A good start to this trail is the Chawri Bazaar metro station. Step out of gate no. 3 and the first stall to greet our sense is the Ashok Chaat Bhandar. Known for Golgappe, Aaloo Chaat, Kalmi Vade & many other interesting varieties of chaat. His chaat is one of the reasons for the traffic jams at the Hauz Qazi roundabout!!!! There is a long queue, always!

Hi guys if wanna have gud macroni then follow the following steps:-

1) Take the non stick pan but it should be deep enough
2) Put some oil and simultaneously take another pan for boiling macroni
3) add green chill, ginger and garlic paste to oil and fry it till it becomes light brown in shade and then add chopped onions and capsicum in gud quantity.
3) Then add salt, blackpepper and ajeeromotto.
4) Check the condition of macroni a.d make sure that macroni should be boiled to semi raw condition once it would be boiled and put the macrobi in strainer and wash the macroni with cold water and then put it in the frying pan
3) Add tomato sauce, fresh creme, soya sauce,vinegar, chilli sauce and leaves of mint

4) Mix everything properly and ready to eat
