Street Delicacy

One of the paradise on earth is himachal, this state is very close to my heart , its divine, its scenic .....I know this is not a traveler blog or group but this place also do have some of the great authentic dishes.

Soothing air in this paradise, aroma of nature makes so peaceful….but how one can’t have something, very common in the hills, the “channe or chole” we call it , customize it in your own way (spicy or mild)..its delicious anyway…

Rs 10 - 20 (it depends)

Chopsticks in town!

Mainland China, the most commendable specialty restaurant in Town. The campaign says it all “If it is Chinese then it is Mainland China”.

Swayed by the welcome of the staff and the ambience of the restaurant depicts the most cozy environment. The mouthwatering dim sums and Chinese tea proves to be the most gastronomic starter.

The very well known, Vir Sanghvi , the ultimate food critic talks a lot about Chinese or Thai food in his Rude Food. But the man behind this specialty restaurant, Mr Chatterjee marks his way by making our mouthful of cinnamon, oyster, black bean or garlic sauce dishes or be its golden fried prawns or lobsters.

Jaydee recommends:

1) Maoshi Chicken in Cinamon Sauce.
2) Golden Fried Prawns.

Haveli

A road trip from the Valley of Srinagar to Delhi would be no fun if
one didn't pamper one's stomach. So, the three musketeers - Venkatesh ,Vineet & Joy - decided to stop for a really late night dinner at the city of Gabrus & Muthiyaars for our much needed meal. The only question on our minds was "Where do we go? And that too at 11pm on the National Highway.A quick response from a friend (in need) Ruchika and some really well placed signs on the highway took us to "Haveli"!
It was like a palace with a big, bright entrance, huge moustached guards and to top it off, as soon as we stepped inside, we saw a brightly decorated truck right next to the dining area.Even at such a late hour we found many people busy enjoying their lassi and authentic punjabi food.

Starbucks!

Not planned but don’t know we just landed up to the foot steps were every coffee lover just knocks off.... Well Starbucks has finally reached and joined the marathon (Bean War).Nevertheless Starbucks has always been a heartthrob for coffee lovers...

After peeping the bright decor outlet at Select Citywalk and witnessing a long queue,"Curious Ruchika" entered the bean house just to feel the aroma and taste of “the Starbucks”..Aah seeing a sardar it just gave a indian touch to the crowd there, After placing the order, Aman offering the frappuccino but also struggling to yell her nickname "Zzuch", inked on the coffee mug...Its nothing but a interesting concept of giving a feel of delight to the sippers.

Ruchika repeating "Awesome" almost 13 times but yes i would agree the same, it was really amazing and a MUST SIP and yess definitely we call it a Day…
